Yes, We Use ShulCloud—And Here’s How to Make It Work Smoothly for You
But let’s be clear: ShulCloud is just a tool. What really matters is us—working together, showing up for one another, and staying connected as a community. So use the guide, set up your account, and then don’t be a stranger! We’re always here if you need help, have a question, or just want to say hi.
Shulcloud Account: Logged In vs. Not Logged In
Before you do anything else—make sure you’re logged in!
You’ll notice a big difference between the logged-in and logged-out views of ShulCloud (check out the photos below for reference).
When you're logged in, ShulCloud knows it's you — which means it can automatically connect you to your household info, past donations, upcoming events, Yahrzeits, and more. Everything becomes smoother and more personalized.
But that’s not where it ends...
At the top of the form is a blank field where you should enter your name. As you type, ShulCloud will recognize you — just select your name from the list when it pops up. A confirmation message will appear, letting you know that your account info is being loaded into the form.
This step helps ensure that your submission is tied to your account — making everything easier on our end and yours.
